Student of the foodservice beverage industry since 1990, including 14 years of executive level management with both established and emerging companies on both the beverage product and beverage equipment manufacturing sides of the industry. Rolie shares skills in conceiving and implementing beverage concept ‘go-to-market strategies’ based on trend analysis and consumer acceptance with domestic and international market experience.

Allison Wallach Lauenstein

Allison brings more than 18 years of strategic marketing and branding experience with proven background in strategy, branding, positioning, marketing, messaging, research, advertising, traditional and new media, and integrated marketing communication. She worked for Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins for more than 13 years holding roles as Brand Manager for Dunkin’ Donuts, Director of Strategic Planning for Dunkin Brands, and Director of Brand Marketing for Baskin-Robbins. Allison also worked for three years as Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Hearst owned Times Union newspaper.

Allison helps clients harness the power of their Brand by being strategic. Being strategic means that you understand your “customers” and who they are, understand your competitors and what differentiates you, and understand the industry that you are in and how to navigate it. Allison has launched more than twelve new products and created more than fifty promotional programs.
